Smoke Wood: Cherry

If you are unsure of which wood flavour to choose for your next cookout, go with cherry – you can’t go wrong. Cherry wood has a sweet, mild, and slightly fruity flavour profile and these Cherry logs are also ideal for offset smokers, pizza ovens and fire pits, as they are thinner to split.

Unlike heavy woods such as oak, which is only good with meats such as beef, cherry is super versatile; it can be used with all meats, from beef and pork to fish and chicken.
